The MASTER-SoyMilk series has become a quintessential tool for soy food products manufacturers. This dual-scale unit can measure the concentrations of soybean solids as well as of “nigari” (magnesium chloride) used in tofu production. The soybean solid concentration scale complies with measurements by infrared moisture meters.
It is an Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC) model with water resistant properties (IP65).
